BTS e-Recruitment System

The Challenge

BTS recruits continuously for both permanent positions and student internships across its rail network. Candidates needed one public careers site — carrying employer-branding content such as benefits, staff activities and company culture alongside the vacancies — while HR needed applications to arrive as structured records rather than scattered documents, and to flow onward into the HR management programme already in use.

What We Delivered

A public careers website with an HR back office behind it. Applicants register once (by email or national ID), with e-mail verification and privacy-policy consent, then use that single account for both job and internship applications and to follow their selection status online. HR staff manage vacancies, internships, benefits, activity content, homepage sliders, pop-ups and announcements from the back office, and move applications through the selection stages. A RESTful API pushes applicant data into BTS’s existing HR management programme.

Innovative Organization Program
Government National Innovation Agency (NIA)

Innovative Organization Program (IOP)

The Challenge

NIA runs the Organisational Innovation Capability Development Programme, which assesses the innovation capability of organisations across Thailand. The programme needed standardised tooling for the whole cycle — data collection, assessment, processing and reporting — and the collected data had to be organised so it could support day-to-day operations, analysis and reuse rather than sitting in one-off files. The public programme website also had to run completely and reliably.

What We Delivered

A three-tier platform — a public portal for participating organisations, a separate back-office application for agency staff, and a shared API behind both, with automated email notifications through the assessment workflow. It covers data collection, assessment and scoring, processing and reporting, with data categorised so it can be analysed, visualised and carried forward between programme cycles.

Betagro Target Management System

Betagro Target Management System (BTMS)

The Challenge

Betagro sets quality and performance targets across several business units — agro, livestock, protein factory, food and restaurants. Those targets must be defined, approved, registered and tracked consistently everywhere, results rolled up for management, and, when a target is missed, the root cause and corrective action followed through to closure. That level of governance does not survive in spreadsheets and email.

What We Delivered

A target and KPI management platform covering the whole document lifecycle: build a target document (main target → sub-targets → action plans → measurement definitions), send it for review, approve, register and publish it. Owners then record actual results — quantitative or qualitative — which run through their own review and approval path. Where results fall short, users log root causes and corrective/preventive actions and track them to closure. Dashboards report total versus critical KPI achievement by month, business unit and KPI type, with chart data exportable as SVG, PNG or CSV.

Delivered with Agile/Scrum. BTMS was run in fixed-length sprints with a prioritised backlog and a demo at the end of each sprint, giving stakeholders working software to react to throughout the project.

Revolving Fund Evaluation System

Revolving Fund Evaluation System (RFES)

The Challenge

Thailand runs on the order of 113–114 government revolving funds, which exist to drive economic, social and welfare development policy. Each must report its annual operating results to the Comptroller General's Department for evaluation. Running that reporting and approval cycle on paper, across every fund and every year, is slow to consolidate and hard to keep consistent.

What We Delivered

A web-based electronic system where revolving-fund officers record their annual operating results and fund executives review and approve them online, replacing the paper cycle. Approved results feed reporting dashboards so outcomes can be reviewed in one place.

SMART BMN Executive Dashboard

The Challenge

The department collects Basic Minimum Needs (จปฐ.) and village-level (กชช. 2ค) survey data from every province in Thailand, accumulated over multiple survey years. Turning that volume into something executives can act on — quickly, and down to the local level — is the hard part.

What We Delivered

An executive dashboard platform with a public/officer portal and a separate admin application, backed by a microservice API. It provides KPI dashboards, drill-down charts, a province-level heatmap across all 77 provinces and 5 regions, an advanced report builder, scheduled email reports, and background export queues.

Built for a government network. Deployed across three environments — staging, UAT and production — with automated pipelines and self-hosted runners so releases work inside a closed corporate network. Sign-in supports ThaiD, the national digital ID, alongside audit logging and API rate limiting.

AARMS — Spare Parts & Salvage Management

The Challenge

Sourcing vehicle spare parts means quoting a customer while simultaneously collecting prices from several vendors, then shipping direct. Separately, salvage vehicles are bought whole and dismantled into sellable parts — each part needing its share of the vehicle cost. Standard ERP flows do not model either of these out of the box.

What We Delivered

Three custom Odoo modules built in house: a shared vehicle brand/model registry, a procure-to-quote broker and dropship flow linking sales orders to multi-vendor RFQs, and a salvage flow that purchases a vehicle, dismantles it via Odoo's Unbuild, allocates cost across the resulting parts, and takes them into stock for resale.

Custom modules, not configuration. The procurement and salvage flows are original Odoo modules written by our team on top of Odoo's purchase, inventory and manufacturing framework — reaching version 19.0.1.55.0 on the spare-parts module through continuous iteration with the client.
